As Brian stirs beside him, being haunted by another nightmare they never speak of, Justin wonders if in all the months people took care of him in the hospital and in rehab anyone has ever taken care of Brian.

I guess there were some people (Lindsay perhaps...) who were concerned but knowing him, he probably shut them down and they never bothered to ask again. Not knowing that he needed just as much as time to heal than Justin.
