As Brian stirs beside him, being haunted by another nightmare they never speak of, Justin wonders if in all the months people took care of him in the hospital and in rehab anyone has ever taken care of Brian.

It's a very sad question and sometimes I wonder how nobody seemed to see Brian's pain!!
