A one-liner is all you need to spread some holiday cheer!
Hello one and all! Welcome to the 2011 Holiday Extravaganza at QaF One-Liners!
To celebrate, we’re posting a 50 word prompt table to inspire some holiday themed one-liners.
Since Mel (and Linz and Gus and Jenny) probably celebrate Hanukkah, we thought we should as well! So it’s a Christmas/Hanukkah free-for-all.
Write as many as you want! The more the merrier and use the prompts as ‘creatively’ as you want, however it inspires you! Perhaps challenge yourself to write 8 for Hanukkah, or 12 for the "Twelve Days of Christmas", or 24 like an advent calendar, or 3 for the wise men even.
Please refresh yourself with the RULES, especially:
Only one sentence. If you use a period the sentence is finished. Please limit run-on sentences.
In the subject line, write in the prompt # and word (ie 8. Glitter). In the body of the text, all that is needed is the one-liner. Also, please tag all your posts with christmas/hanukkah 2011 and your user name. Thanks.
Most importantly, have fun!! I can’t wait to read them all! :)
ETA: post away from now until New Years! :)
